Return Policy
We stand behind our products and provide returns within 30 days of purchase. The jewelry must be unworn and unmarked to recieve a full refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Emily Reed Jewelry.
If you feel there is a defect that occurs outside the 30 days, reach out to us and we will do our best to make it right. Normal wear and tear is outside the bounds of this policy.
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, unless otherwise communicated by Emily Reed Jewelry. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ereed10@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
